Welcome to the EAS Manager System (“the Service”), a web platform designed for wellbeing centres to manage client attendance, interviews, and general data. The Service is provided by Easy Advanced Systems Ltd, (SC572132) at 2 Westerlea Drive, Stirling FK9 4DQ, Scotland. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. The Service is available to paid subscribers only, and access is granted upon successful payment of the applicable subscription fees.
2. User Responsibilities
- Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the data they enter into the Service.
- Users must ensure they have the necessary rights and permissions to process any personal data.
- Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
3. Data Protection and Compliance
- The Service operates in full compliance with the EU GDPR.
- The server hosting the Service is located in Ireland within the European Union.
- The company responsible for operating the Service is based in Scotland.
- Users are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from their clients when entering personal data into the system.
4. Account Security
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- Any activity under a user’s account is their responsibility.
- Users must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or security breaches.
5. Subscription and Payments
- The Service is available to users on a subscription basis, and continued access is dependent on the timely payment of fees.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Failure to renew a subscription may result in the suspension or termination of access to the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind.
- The company is not liable for any loss, damage, or misuse of data entered by users.
- The company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service.
- The company prioritises the protection of user data. To ensure this, daily backups are performed to a secure server.
- In line with the best practices for web services handling sensitive data, the company employs robust encoding methods such as AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.2 for data in transit. Advanced security measures like intrusion detection systems are also in place to further protect user information.
7. Termination of Service
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- Users may terminate their accounts at any time but must ensure they have secured necessary data backups before doing so. Data backups will be saved by the company for 6 months unless otherwise specified or requested.
- If an account is terminated due to non-payment, access to data may be restricted until payment is received.
8. Changes to These Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
- Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
